Research Associate with the Learning Systems Institute's Office for Needs Assessment and Planning: Duties include coordination of cooperative projects, project management, research and development of conceptual and application models in the areas of needs assessment, strategic planning, evaluation, development of data collection and analysis instruments, grant/contract writing, and the facilitation of needs assessment and strategic planning projects.
